The insurance industry was designed for a generation that had company pensions, career-long employers, and financial advisors who called on the phone. That generation isn't ours. InsurVibes was built for the one that is.

We're a Michigan-based insurance education platform built around a simple belief: understanding your options shouldn't require a finance degree, a pushy sales call, or an hour of your time buried in a brochure.

Our job is to translate. Yours is to decide — when you're ready, on your terms, with real information in your hands.

Our why
There's a trillion-dollar knowledge gap between what young people know about insurance and what they need to know.

Nobody teaches this stuff. Not in school. Not at your first job orientation. Not even from most parents who are themselves underinsured and underprepared. The result is an entire generation of adults making massive financial decisions — or worse, not making them at all — with incomplete information.

The average Millennial overestimates the cost of life insurance by 3 to 5 times. Most freelancers don't know that their personal insurance doesn't cover business activities. Most 25-year-olds have never heard of an IUL. These aren't just knowledge gaps — they're financial vulnerabilities that compound over time.

We didn't build InsurVibes because the insurance industry needed another sales channel. We built it because education deserved a platform of its own. One that isn't conflicted. One that doesn't push you toward a purchase. One that exists to make you genuinely smarter about one of the most consequential categories of your financial life.

The insurance industry is full of good, licensed professionals who can help you make great decisions. Origin story

Where InsurVibes
came from.

InsurVibes started with a conversation that probably sounds familiar. Someone in their late 20s — smart, successful, managing their own finances — sitting across from a licensed insurance agent and realizing they had no idea what was being explained to them. Not because they weren't capable. Because nobody had ever explained any of it in plain English before.

That moment isn't rare. It's nearly universal for our generation. The language of insurance — premiums, riders, underwriting, beneficiaries, cash value, surrender charges — was never designed to be accessible. It was designed for a world where a financial professional walked you through it over several face-to-face meetings across years of a relationship.

That world doesn't exist for most Millennials and Gen Z. We research everything online first. We expect to understand before we engage. We're deeply skeptical of anything that feels like a sales pitch dressed as information. And we're often navigating major financial decisions — student loans, first apartments, freelance careers, new businesses, growing families — without the safety net of a company pension or a financial advisor in the family.

InsurVibes is not a licensed insurance producer. We don't sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance. That's not a limitation — it's the whole point. Our position outside the sales process is exactly what makes our education trustworthy. We have no financial incentive to steer you toward any particular product or carrier.

We don't sell your information to third parties. We don't trigger sales outreach without your explicit consent. If you use our quiz or chatbot, that's between you and us. We earn trust by protecting it — and we earn revenue only through flat educational referral arrangements, never through data brokerage.
